Do you have a gift registry?

No, we aren't registered. We're thrilled that you're joining us for the big day. You having a great time (and not judging Dominic's dance moves too harshly) is all the present we need!
What is the Dress Code for Friday Welcome Drinks

Come as you are! We know this will be a travel day for a lot of guests, and we want you to be comfortable!
Where is the Sunken Lounge for Welcome Drinks & the Ceremony?

The Sunken Lounge is directly in the TWA lobby. Look for the red couches and windows that look out at the tarmac.

What is the Dress Code for Saturday?

Cocktail attire!

Can I wear white? Or black? Or red?

After much debate we elected not to wear formal gowns (at least not until the after party). You should feel free to break out your power colors without fear of offending the grooms. Fair warning: there will be lots of TWA red carpeting, so choose your reds carefully -- power clashing hasn't been in since 2014.
Do I need a pass to access the rooftop pool on Friday or Saturday?

Yes. You can book a 1 hour & 45 minute session at the rooftop pool & observation deck by emailing: poolbar@twahotel.com. Please mention that you are with the Vose/Rupprecht wedding party to avoid a charge!
Does TWA offer room service?

Room service is not available, but they serve grab-and-go options for your entire crew at the Food Hall, where you can find the following vendors:

You can order food delivery to the hotel, but you must come down and pick up the order from the delivery person for the safety and security of other guests.
Is there a gym?

Yes, TWA’s Fitness Center is complimentary for all hotel guests. It is open 24/7 and includes 14 Peloton bikes along with a wide variety of other fitness equipment.

Does TWA offer late check-out?

Yes, If you’d like to check out late, the hotel can usually accommodate you. Here are the options and fees for late checkout requests:
